These terms describe the rules for using this collectible marketplace, collections, forum and blog. Use the services only if you can enter a binding agreement and comply with applicable laws. Stop using the services if you do not agree with these terms.
Accounts and conduct
Provide accurate information, protect your account, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Do not harass others, impersonate people, post spam or unlawful material, upload malicious files, manipulate listings, evade restrictions, or abuse the service through excessive automated requests.
Listings and community content
Only list cards you are entitled to sell. Describe authenticity, condition, grading, price and shipping honestly. Do not sell counterfeit or stolen goods. Upload only content you own or are permitted to share. You retain ownership of your content and authorize us to store, display and moderate it as needed to operate the service.
Early-access marketplace
This site supports listings, purchase requests, proposals and an optional Stripe test checkout. Test transactions do not move real money, provide escrow, generate shipping labels or guarantee delivery. Live checkout is disabled. Accepting an offer or trade does not collect payment or reserve inventory. Check the displayed availability of each service before relying on it.
Returns and disputes
Review the seller’s stated shipping, handling, and return terms before making a commitment. Keep order details and relevant photos, and use the order tools or contact form to report non-delivery, damage, suspected counterfeits, or a disagreement. Reporting a problem does not automatically approve a refund or establish buyer protection. Applicable consumer rights and payment-provider procedures still apply.
Fees and membership
Review the Fees and Premium pages and the final checkout details for the price, billing interval, applicable fees, and cancellation options before agreeing to a charge. Marketplace test checkout and Premium subscription billing are separate services. A test transaction is not a real purchase. Where live Premium billing is available, its checkout and account billing controls describe the subscription and cancellation process.
Values and subscriptions
Catalog prices and portfolio values may be samples, manually entered estimates or attributed third-party estimates. Provider snapshots are not individual historical sales. They are not guaranteed sale prices, appraisals or investment advice. Displayed subscription pricing and fee settings do not create a recurring charge while billing is disconnected.
Intellectual property
Card artwork, logos, brand names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance here does not establish sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation. Do not upload content you lack permission to use. Use the contact form to identify allegedly infringing material, provide the relevant page link, explain your rights, and give enough detail for review. This reporting channel does not represent a registered statutory copyright agent or guarantee a particular legal remedy.
Community and marketplace safety
Do not offer counterfeit, stolen, unlawful, or misrepresented goods. Do not manipulate reviews, impersonate others, expose another person’s private information, send threats, or attempt fraud. Use listing and message reporting tools or the contact form to report suspicious activity. Never send passwords, verification codes, or financial credentials to another user.
Moderation and account restrictions
Administrators and moderators may remove content, lock discussions, suspend accounts or ban users for abuse, fraud, safety concerns or violations of these rules. Restrictions apply to the account and may take effect immediately. Contact support if you believe a restriction is mistaken.
Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accurate third-party content, or the outcome of transactions between users. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
