Information used by this site
When you sign in, the site receives an account identifier, email address and optional display name from the sign-in service. It stores your role, account status, premium-access expiry, creation and recent activity times, and approximate country when supplied by the hosting service.
We also store information you submit: listings, card photos, binder items, notes, values, purchase requests, offers, trade proposals, buylist requests, forum posts and replies, reports, and evidence attachments. Administrative changes and certain actions are recorded in activity logs. Uploaded file sizes are tracked for storage reporting.
Why information is used
We use this information to operate accounts and collections, display marketplace and community content, deliver requests and proposals, enforce access limits, investigate reports, and protect the service from abuse. Payment-card, identity and bank details for test payments are collected on Stripe’s hosted pages. We store order amounts, provider references, delivery status, shipping addresses, receipt confirmations, payout status, reviews and notifications to operate test commerce.
Visibility and sharing
Profiles, avatars, cover images, collecting interests, listings, forum content, blog posts and merchant buylist requests are visible to people who can access the site. Do not post personal information you want to keep private. Your chosen profile name and username may appear with your public contributions.
You control whether your city/state and wishlist highlights appear on your collector profile. Uploaded profile images are accessible to site viewers with their image URL. Wishlist entries are private through the account API unless you enable public highlights. Test reviews are excluded from public reputation.
Purchase requests share your email with the listing’s seller. Collection items are accessible through your account; administrative collection oversight shows binder metadata. Evidence photos are restricted to the submitting account and authorized administrators or moderators. Administrators can access account and operational records required to manage the service.
Hosting, authentication and storage providers process information to deliver the service. Their own privacy terms may also apply. The site records first-party usage analytics as described below. External links and embedded third-party content may have their own data practices.
Security
Application access checks restrict private records. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, or identity documents in community posts or contact forms.
Privacy choices
You can manage your profile visibility, collection totals privacy, and device notifications in your account. Signed-in users can download account data from the Support center. Use the contact form to request access, correction, or deletion, or to raise other rights available under applicable law.
Records remain stored until deleted through available controls or addressed through a reviewed request. Some moderation, security and transaction records may need to be retained for legal requirements, unresolved transactions, fraud prevention, or disputes. Analytics cleanup targets records older than 800 days; backup and operational retention can differ. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion of personal information; identity verification and applicable legal or operational requirements may affect the response. You can remove collection items and sign out using the site’s controls.
Contact requests
Contact forms store the request type, subject, message, optional page or order reference, and an account identifier or guest reply email. These requests are available to authorized support staff, not published on the site. Guest responses are handled manually. Limited request metadata is used to reduce spam.
Children and updates
The service is intended for people able to enter a binding agreement, not for children. Contact support if you believe a child has submitted personal information. We will update this policy when our practices change, including before adding payment or recognition services.
